INFORMATION

Caitlin Davis Ceramics collects your name, email, and shipping address when you make an order. We also collect your name and email when you send a comment or join the mailing list. We do not collect any credit card information, even when you make a purchase. We use Stripe for all of our payment processing and so never have access to your financial information at any time. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share any of your personal data at any time. 

SECURITY

We store all of your information in our servers using industry-standard encryption. Information sent to our website is encrypted in transit using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

DATA RETENTION POLICY

If at any point you would like us to delete your personal information from our servers, send an email request to Caitlin Davis at cait@caitlin-davis.com and we will promptly do so. We are required to keep a record of all sales transactions for seven years and cannot delete any of that data until such date has passed, at which point we will do so upon request.
